STRICT EDIT — change ONLY body fat and skin colour between the two women. Swap their body-fat levels and skin tones with each other, while keeping every other attribute belonging to its original person. Woman 1 (pink satin gown/red carpet): Give her the very slim, lean runway-model body-fat level and deep dark skin tone of Woman 2. The transformation must be clearly visible across her face, cheeks, jawline, neck, shoulders, arms, waist, stomach, hips, thighs and legs. Her face should become naturally leaner to match the new low body-fat level, but do NOT change her facial identity or facial features. Keep her original pink gown, hairstyle, jewellery, heels, pose, proportions/height and red-carpet background exactly unchanged. Woman 2 (metallic green runway dress): Give her the fuller, curvier body-fat level and lighter/tan skin tone of Woman 1. Add realistic corresponding fullness to her face/cheeks, neck, arms, bust, waist, stomach, hips, thighs and legs, while preserving her exact identity. Keep her original metallic green dress, long hair with bangs, accessories, runway pose, height and runway environment unchanged. The skin-tone swap must be complete and uniform from face to feet, including neck, chest, arms, hands and legs—no mismatched patches. Body-fat changes must affect the faces as well as the bodies. DO NOT swap faces. DO NOT swap outfits. DO NOT swap hairstyles, poses, backgrounds, accessories, height or identities. DO NOT redesign either dress. This is exclusively a body-fat + skin-colour swap. Photorealistic, anatomically natural, realistic skin texture, original lighting preserved, no beautification or AI-looking smoothing.
