You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided that the processing of your headshots has not begun. To cancel your order, please send an email to support@photogptai.com with your order number and request for cancellation.
Once the processing of your headshots has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations.
Refunds are eligible only for orders canceled within the 1-hour window before processing begins.
In the rare event that you receive headshots that do not meet the quality standards promised, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. In case of delays, you can email support@photogptai.com and your refund will be processed with high priority.
Please note that orders that have been processed or are beyond the 7-day window for quality issues are non-refundable.
