TAIC LLC operates PhotoGPT and PhotoGPT AI. You can contact us about your personal information even if you cannot sign in or do not have a PhotoGPT account. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and the rights available under applicable law.
1. Send a request
Email support@photogptai.com with the appropriate subject:
| Request | Email subject |
|---|---|
| Delete your account | Delete PhotoGPT account |
| Delete particular uploads or generated content | Delete content |
| Delete a personalized model, including its LoRA adapter | Delete trained model |
| Access or correct personal information, withdraw consent, or exercise another privacy right | Privacy request |
| Appeal a privacy-request decision | Privacy appeal |
Describe your request and include the email associated with your account, if you have one. For particular content or a trained model, include its URL, job ID or model ID if available. If you are requesting removal of public content you published, identify the relevant URL or content so we can locate it.
Do not send your password, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity, authority or the scope of your request. Authorized representatives may act where permitted, subject to appropriate verification. We do not require account verification for an opt-out where law prohibits it.
You may also use deletion or privacy controls where available in your account. Email remains available if those controls are inaccessible.
2. What deletion covers
An account-deletion request covers your account and associated content. A request to delete a particular item applies to that item. Personalized models, including LoRA adapters, are deleted when you delete the trained model or your account.
We delete images, prompts, videos, source uploads and generated results within one month after your subscription expires or we receive the relevant deletion request, whichever occurs first, subject to the lawful retention exceptions in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
We may retain limited information for required accounting, fraud prevention, security, child-safety reporting and preservation, legal holds or claims. Backups and provider records may follow separate retention schedules as explained in the Privacy Policy. We restrict retained information to its authorized purposes.
Content may become inaccessible before deletion is complete. Deletion may be irreversible. Download lawful content you want to keep before requesting deletion or allowing your subscription to expire. Copies independently shared outside PhotoGPT may remain outside our control, subject to applicable law.
3. Account deletion and subscription cancellation
Deleting the app does not delete your account or cancel a subscription. Deleting your account does not necessarily cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
To stop future billing, cancel through the channel where you purchased:
- Website: use your PhotoGPT billing/account settings, or email support if you cannot access them.
- Apple App Store: use the subscriptions settings in your Apple account.
- Google Play: use the subscriptions settings in Google Play.
Cancelling renewal ordinarily leaves paid access available until the paid term ends. The subscription-expiry deletion period starts when the subscription actually expires, not when you turn off renewal. Subscription expiry does not by itself close your account.
4. Other privacy choices and response times
You may request access, correction, portability, withdrawal of consent or another right available under applicable law. Withdrawal applies to future processing based on that consent and may prevent use of a feature that requires it. It does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Manage camera, microphone, photo-library and notification permissions in device settings. See Section 3.3 of our Privacy Policy for browser storage and analytics choices. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link; necessary service messages may continue.
We respond within the period required by applicable law. GDPR/UK GDPR requests generally receive a response within one month; qualifying US state requests generally within 45 days, subject to applicable exceptions, shorter deadlines and lawful extensions with notice. Section 11 of our Privacy Policy explains your rights and request handling.
5. Privacy appeals
To appeal a privacy-request decision where an appeal right applies, reply to the decision or email support@photogptai.com with the subject "Privacy appeal." Identify the original request or decision and explain why you want it reviewed. We respond within the applicable legal period and explain available regulatory recourse where required. You may complain directly to an appropriate regulator without completing our appeal process first.
6. Safety reports and urgent removal
To report unsafe content, misuse or an account, follow our Content & Safety Policy. Include a URL or job ID if available. You do not need an account to report a concern.
For intimate images or videos published without consent, use the intimate-image removal process. Urgent or legally required removal is separate from the ordinary one-month deletion period. Do not download, redistribute or email suspected child sexual abuse material.
